These terms describe the practical rules for Homesick custom services. The accepted quote provides the project-specific scope.

The service agreement / 服务约定
Read the quote, payment and refund information together before approving a service.
Quote and payment / 报价与付款
The quote states the scope, amount, currency and disclosed costs. Payment uses Homesick's unique secure link and is confirmed by the server.
报价列明范围、金额、币种和已说明费用。付款使用 Homesick 唯一安全链接，并由服务端确认。
Your responsibilities / 用户责任
Provide accurate, timely and necessary information; review decisions and deliverables; and do not share passwords, API keys or unrelated sensitive data.
请及时提供准确且必要的信息，核对决定与交付物，并勿分享密码、API Key 或无关敏感资料。
Third parties / 第三方服务
Some work may rely on PayPal or another disclosed third party. Their availability, processing time and independent terms are outside Homesick's direct control.
部分工作可能依赖 PayPal 或其他已说明第三方；其可用性、处理时间和独立条款不由 Homesick 直接控制。
Cancellation and refunds / 取消与退款
Before work starts, the service amount is fully refundable. After work starts, completed work and non-refundable third-party costs are deducted and the balance is returned to the original method.
开工前服务金额全额可退；开工后扣除已完成工作及不可退第三方成本，余额原路退回。
Communication and changes / 沟通与变更
Use the project support channel for material instructions. A changed scope, schedule or cost becomes effective only after it is clearly confirmed.
重要指令请使用项目客服渠道。范围、进度或费用变更仅在明确确认后生效。
Questions or disputes / 问题或争议
First contact Homesick through the support channel shown in the project, quote or official homepage. Include the project reference and the outcome you are seeking, but do not send payment passwords or full payment credentials.
请先通过项目、报价或官网所示客服渠道联系 Homesick，并说明项目参考信息和期望结果；请勿发送支付密码或完整付款凭据。
These terms do not state or invent a governing jurisdiction. Any required jurisdiction-specific terms should be separately reviewed before formal use.
